Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Flooded Storage Room in San Mateo, CA

This waterdamage was due to a water heater bursting in the upper level of the home. The water traveled down to a storage room & pass through to the crawlspace. This home was built in 1966 and asbestos/lead sampling needs to be done before any work is done. There were lots of miscellaneous contents in the storage room, which will require to have a pack out procedure started. In the after picture, you see all contents have been packed out and the wet drywall has been removed. This is to make sure the structure of the house is properly dry to avoid any further secondary damages. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and she was thrilled with the results.
